Bike, Park&Ride

Kessel-Lo to Brussels Central with modePreset=bike-park-ride. Own bike to a Park&Ride, left there, transit, walk: bike_park / bicycle / foot. The return trip must be reversed by the client. One OTP 2 query (bikeParkRide). The preset only replaces the three street mode slots: every other planner-v2-1 parameter applies to each of its queries.
